We built Sagely because we ran agencies ourselves and couldn't find a helpdesk that understood how agency-client relationships actually work. Enterprise tools like Zendesk are built for thousands of anonymous tickets. We needed something built for 15 clients who each expect white-glove service, with retainer tracking, Slack workflows, and branded portals baked in from day one.

We're not doing imports just yet, but it's something we're planning for the future.

Any AI features?

Right now, there's no AI in the app, but we're on it! We're aiming for something more than just a chatbot. Stay tuned for updates by the end of Q2.
